New Scout Information

Congratulations on joining our Cub Scout Pack! We’re delighted to welcome you to our Scouting family and look forward to an exciting year of growth, learning, and adventure. To help you get started, here are a few essential steps to complete as a new member of our pack:

Step 1: Complete Your Registration

Visit the Scouts BSA online registration portal and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account and register your Scout. Be prepared to provide necessary contact and payment information to complete the registration process.

Step 2: Create a Scoutbook Account

Scoutbook is an online tool we use to track advancements, communicate with families, and plan events. Visit Scoutbook to create your account and connect with our pack. 

Step 3: Purchase Your Scout Uniform and Handbook

Visit our local Scout Shop at 3414 Hillsboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37215 (corner of Hillsboro Pike and Woodmont) to purchase your Scout's uniform and handbook. They will help you make sure you purchase the correct items. Please note that our pack is a 'waist up' unit - meaning you don't need to purchase uniform pants and socks unless you just want to.

Step 4: Put the Pack Calendar on Your Fridge

Download and print the Pack Calendar  and put the events on your calendar.

Step 5: Join Us for a Meeting

Join us for an evening filled with fun activities, valuable skill-building exercises, and the chance to connect with fellow Scouts and their families. Our meetings are held on Thursdays at 6:30p.m. at Eastwood Christian Church.
